You can reach out to us by phone, SMS, email or a web based inquiry on our website. We will aim to respond within 2 business days by phone or email. We may have some extra questions for you which help us decide if we are a good fit for your child.
We aim to book your child’s first appointment as soon as possible. When you enquire, we’ll chat with you about current wait times so you know what to expect. This first appointment helps us get to know your child and your concerns, and to plan for assessment—and eventually, therapy. If there’s a wait for therapy after the assessment, we’ll discuss this with you openly.
In the first appointment, we’ll do some assessment and/or play-based observation to understand how your child’s communication is developing. This helps us identify priorities for therapy and set meaningful goals together. We’ll take time to talk through the results with you.
After your child’s assessment, we’ll put together a personalised therapy plan. This outlines how often we’ll meet and what your child will be working on. Sessions are usually 45 minutes and full of play—so your child will be learning without even realising it! We love having parents involved, so you feel confident supporting your child at home too.
